1. 🦍 Legends of the Mara unveiled by Yuga Labs: Hot on the heels of Dookey Dash, Yuga Labs introduced Legends of the Mara, a $APE-powered 2D game providing fresh utility for Koda and Otherdeed holders.
2. 🚨 Russian activist group Pussy Riot faces new charges: Nadya Tolokonnikova, the co-founder of Pussy Riot, is facing charges after the government claimed her NFT artwork "causes religious offense."
3. 🎨 Art Blocks launches secondary marketplaces: NFT veterans Art Blocks introduced their own secondary marketplaces for their vast collection of artworks.
4. ⚾ Candy Digital and MLB launch nostalgic baseball trading cards: Sports NFT company Candy Digital partnered with Major League Baseball for the 2023 season, bringing back the joy of baseball trading cards.
5. 🌐 Y00tsNFT moves from Solana to Polygon: Leading Solana project Y00tsNFT transitioned to the Polygon network, with 75% of items moved within a day.
This Week in DeFi:
1. 🚀 zkSync Era Mainnet Launch: As the first zkEVM to launch its mainnet, zkSync Era introduces zero-knowledge rollups to the Ethereum Virtual Machine.
2. 🌐 DAO Treasury holdings reach all-time high: Thanks to Arbitrum and Optimism, DAO Treasury holdings hit a record level.
3. 🌉 Safe launches Hashi Bridge: The Ethereum bridge aggregator, Hashi Bridge, aims to make bridging assets more secure. Celernetwork, LayerZero_lab, and wormholecrypto have committed to using it.
4. 🔄 Curve Finance teases zkSync Era network launch: Major applications, including Curve Finance, are beginning to support ZKEVMs. Details
